How far in advance should I book a removal company?
We recommend booking at least 1-3 days in advance, especially for Fridays and weekends.
We can also accommodate last-minute and same-day moves

Do you provide packing services and materials?
Yes! All moves include free packing materials (bubble wrap, shrink wrap, blankets). Boxes is £3 each.
We also offer full packing/unpacking services on request.

Yes! We wrap and protect all furniture using blankets, shrink wrap, and straps. We also handle disassembly and reassembly at no extra cost.
Do you charge extra for stairs or heavy lifting?
We only charge for stairs without a lift:
1st floor: +£10
2nd floor: +£20
Ground floor: ✅ Free

Are you insured?
Yes. Your belongings are covered with public liability insurance up to 5mln. We're also a waste carriage licence and licensed, reputable moving company in London.

Amazing service, really nice folks, hard working and got the job done quickly. They took my treadmill up 2 flights of very narrow and winding stairs for me. They disassembled and reassembled it and made sure it was fully functioning.

We used Crazy Removals few weeks ago to move houses from South London to North London. While we were recommended to several different removal companies, Steve and his team stood out. They did.t just provide us with a quote, but they made the effort to visit us beforehand to assess the job. This gave them a clearer picture of the time needed and how many teams they would require, which ultimately helped in providing a more realistic quote.
Among our furniture are a massive and heavy mahogany bed and a large Chesterfield sofa. The team was incredibly professional; they brought special plastic sheets and meticulously wrapped all the furniture, leaving nothing to chance of being scratched or damaged. They had all kinds of tools and easily disassembled anything that needed to be. We were amazed by how smoothly they handled the entire job.

Yesterday I booked a removals using this company from the off they were here on time and were very helpful and careful. Crazy Removals did a great job. They arrived on time and cleared our flat, including some dismantling of furniture. They transported everything safely and quickly and then reassembled the furniture. Both very nice lads too. Would use them again.

They did.t just provide us with a quote, but they made the effort to visit us beforehand to assess the job.
